Come join us on a tour of Turner's show in The National Gallery Ireland. An amazing opportunity to see some brilliant works by one of the most important painters, a precursor to Impressionism, expressionism and abstraction.
This is the first such tour I will do in Ireland. Teaching creatives how to examine paintings and explore the different layers and strata that create the luminous evasive surface that is Turner. He used every technique in the book and thus it can be quiet difficult to understand his process. We will explore this and also composition and how to do quick sketches from his paintings to bring back to your home studio and apply in your own work. Anyone who has done an Intensive course with us has no charge for this tour they just need to register by email and pay their own entry fee.
